Even a wise person follows his/her own nature,
as all beings follow their own natures.
What can restraint do?
Even an honest student who has read and understood Karma Yoga finds it hard in actually practising it. The reason is quite universal: "Beings follow their own nature." Restraint will not help. What to do is explained in the following slokas
